By creating an account or using Nuruni, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nuruni Technologies Ltd. They apply to all users worldwide and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

To use Nuruni, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must not be prohibited from using our services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.

Nuruni is a Kingdom based platform designed for Christians seeking meaningful, God honoring relationships and friendships. Whether you are looking for a romantic partner or Christian fellowship, you agree to treat all users with kindness, respect, and Christian love.

You commit to being authentic and honest in your profile and all interactions. Misrepresentation, deception, or impersonation of others is strictly prohibited.

Our matching system uses algorithms that consider faith compatibility, shared values, and user preferences to facilitate both romantic connections and Christian friendships. While we strive to facilitate meaningful connections, we cannot guarantee that you will find a match, relationship, or friendship through our service.

Messaging features are available between matched users. You may block or report any user at any time using the tools provided within the app.

All users are required to complete our selfie verification process to help ensure profile authenticity. We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any profile or content that does not meet our standards.

While we implement various safety measures, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety. We strongly recommend meeting new connections in public places and informing trusted friends or family of your plans.

Nuruni offers both free and premium subscription options. Premium features require a paid subscription, which will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) according to their respective terms. Subscription prices may change, but any price increases will not affect your current subscription period.

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you made your purchase. Generally, subscriptions are non refundable once the billing period has begun.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to technical issues or billing errors, please contact our support team at [email protected] with details of your concern.

You retain ownership of any content you create and share on Nuruni. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting our services.

All Nuruni branding, design elements, features, and functionality are owned by Nuruni Technologies Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Nuruni, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Nuruni is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our service.

We do not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity or conduct of any user. You interact with other users at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuruni and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Nuruni shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Nuruni shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class wide arbitration against Nuruni.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Nuruni after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the service.
