How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel at any time.
How do I report a user?
Tap the three dots (⋯) on any profile or message and select "Report". All reports are reviewed promptly and kept confidential.
Why was my account suspended?
Accounts are suspended for violating our Community Guidelines. Email [email protected] with your registered phone number for assistance.
How do I reset my account access?
On the welcome screen, tap "Continue with Phone Number" or "Continue with Google" to log back in. Your account will be restored automatically.
